Country temperature: 32-34 degrees Celsius high and 23-24 degrees Celsius low
Clothing: The hotel can get a bit chilly so we recommend walking with a light jacket or sweater. Walking the streets during the day, the sun can get quite hot so be sure to walk with a cap or small umbrella and some sunscreen. Light cotton clothing is generally best for both day and night periods.
Food: Popular foods include doubles, pholourie, roti, pelau, curried crab and dumpling, callaloo, coo coo, bake and shark, corn soup, chicken foot souse, macaroni pie, stewed meats and much more. Our foods contain many herbs and spices for that truly Caribbean taste. Our pepper varies greatly with intensity so beware! Nearby the conference venue are many food strips and food parks with dishes being featured from all over the world.
