A creative visionary and entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in the global entertainment and media industry having worked as a record label executive, talent manager, music publishing/rights management advisor and consultant.

Solomon is the co-founder of Livespot 360, a premier media and entertainment company with an African footprint. As Business Development Director and Group Head of entertainment, he played a part in engineering the rapid transformation and growth of the company from a record label into a 360 multi-media behemoth, now consisting of Live production (including a 10,000 capacity Arena, 2 wholly owned gear rental subsidiaries and popular events/festivals with ), TV production (projects for NBC Universal, Amazon and ITV) and Brand Marketing (accounts with Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty, Heineken, Access Bank and a host of other multinationals).

Over the past decade, he has also worked as an executive advisor to Ms. Lauryn Hill in various capacities, including consulting on tours and fashion merchandise projects and spearheading her charitable endeavours through the MLH charitable Fund that has supported initiatives in over 10 African Countries as well as the U.S. In addition to working with international acts like Ms. Lauryn Hill, Cardi B, Kelly Rowland and Rick Ross on various live performance projects in Africa, he has also worked behind the scenes advising A-list African music artists on global music licensing and publishing deals.

Recently, he co-founded Afrodesh, a live event IP and global music festival dedicated to promoting Afrobeats music in South-East Asia, with the first tour concluded in May, 2023, featuring International artist, Rema performing a headline tour in 3 cities in India to sold out crowds.

Prior to co-founding Livespot 360, Solomon joined the pioneering music company, Storm Records as the label head in 2006 and since then has been one of the visionary executives helping to cultivate the Afrobeats/Afropop music genre currently making waves across the World.
